Upload, read, review, report, check.
Six steps from the scanned file to a report your team can sign. Five of them happen on their own.
- 01
Upload
Drop in the scanned claim file as one PDF, or phone photos. Several cases can be uploaded at once; each is processed on its own.
- PDF, JPG and PNG
- Pages in any order
- Turned or sideways pages straightened
- 02
Split
Every page is looked at and given its document type. Pages of the same document are kept together and the file is split into separate documents.
- Hindi and English page titles
- Multi-page documents kept whole
- Each document opens on its own
- 03
Read
Each document is read from its page images and the text on the page. Values are copied as written, names written out in English letters.
- Handwritten and printed
- Tables of several animals
- Doubtful values read twice
- 04
Review
Fields ClaimIQ is not sure of are marked amber. Your team checks those, corrects anything on the document page and marks it reviewed.
- Amber flags, not guesswork
- Every edit recorded
- Aadhaar masked on screen
- 05
Report
The draft fills your firm's report layout from every document in the case. Each value shows which documents it was found in. Edit anything, then make the report.
- Your letterhead and wording
- Word and PDF
- Versions kept, approval optional
- 06
Check
The report is checked against every document: identifiers, names, amounts and dates. Each finding says what to change and suggests a value when the documents agree.
- Date and cover-period checks
- Mismatches with suggested values
- Notes summarising the case
Good questions.
How long does a case take?
A typical cattle claim of fifteen documents is split and read within about two minutes of upload. The draft and the checks then take a minute or two each. Your review is the only step that needs a person.
Do we need to install anything?
No. ClaimIQ is a website. Your team signs in from any computer with a browser.
Who decides what goes in the report?
Your surveyor. ClaimIQ drafts, flags and checks; every value can be changed before the report is made, and reports can be set to need a reviewer’s approval.
Can we ask questions about a case?
Yes. Each case has a chat that answers from its documents, with a panel of key facts you can copy, such as the policy number, ear tag and date of death.
Can we email the report to the insurer?
Yes. Reports can be downloaded as Word or PDF, or emailed from ClaimIQ with the report attached.
