Claim files are personal. We built for that.

A cattle claim holds a family's Aadhaar, bank account and address. Here is how ClaimIQ keeps them private and keeps every firm's work apart.

Personal details

  • Aadhaar masked

Aadhaar numbers show as XXXX XXXX 1234 on screen, in drafts and in correction logs. Showing the full number is a deliberate click, and it is recorded.

  • Shared only by you

Nothing leaves ClaimIQ for an insurer or anyone else unless someone in your team downloads or sends it.

Files and access

  • Private storage

Scans and reports are kept in private, encrypted storage. Files open only through signed links that expire within the hour.

  • Firms kept apart

Every request is checked against the signed-in person's firm. Automated tests attempt to reach another firm's data through every route before each release.

  • Roles

Admins manage the team and settings, reviewers approve reports, agents work cases. Reports can be set to need approval before they are sent.

Sessions and records

  • Secure sessions

Sign-in tokens are kept in secure, http-only cookies the page's scripts cannot read. Idle sessions end automatically, and you can sign out of every device at once.

  • Activity log

Uploads, edits, drafts, reports, approvals, emails, deletions and team changes are logged with who did what and when, and can be exported.

  • Deleting means deleting

Deleting a document or report removes its stored file as well, not just the entry on screen.

About your data.

Is our data used to train AI models?

Your documents are sent to the AI service only to read them for your case, through business API terms under which they are not used to train models.

Who at ClaimIQ can see our claims?

Access is limited to what is needed to support your firm, and only when you ask for help with a case.

Can we remove our data?

Yes. Documents, reports and cases can be deleted by your team at any time, and a firm can ask for all its data to be removed.

Questions about data? Ask us directly.

We will walk your team through how documents are stored, read and deleted.
